Marketing Specialist, Indian Market

This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA About the role We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will play a key role in developing and executing engaging social media campaigns, designing compelling creatives for various advertising platforms, and building strong online communities around our brand. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of social media trends, content marketing best practices, and graphic design principles. Responsibilities: Curate and execute social media content and campaigns across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc.), ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy. Create engaging multimedia content, including text, images, videos, and stories to drive engagement on social media. Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize areas for improvement. Design compelling visuals (videos, statics and graphics) for social media posts, ads, and other marketing materials using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. Collaborate with designers and external agencies to produce high-quality creative assets. Build and nurture online communities around the brand through social media engagement, online forums, and partnerships with influencers and brand advocates. Assist in developing content for the Indian store-front to highlight promotions, new products, exciting collections, etc. Qualifications: Must have portfolio to be considered. Deep understanding of the Indian community, including their food trends and culture. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and content creation. Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for social media and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends. This role will require to be onsite Mon-Fri in Fremont, CA. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, incentives, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for new hires for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors like job-related skills, experience, and work locations.
