Manager- Accounting and Transaction Advisory Services Our client is a specialized boutique accounting and consulting services firm seeking an accounting professional to support its growth. Responsibilities: Manage strategic technical accounting advisory engagements and lead multi-disciplinary teams serving clients across various industries, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. The role will primarily serve as a generalist, supporting a diverse client base. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to advise clients on complex technical accounting issues, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, new accounting pronouncements, debt/equity transactions, share-based compensation, purchase accounting, IPO processes, and consolidation. Research and resolve complex accounting issues, balancing client preferences with US GAAP standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university. Technical accounting and transaction advisory experience from a top-tier public accounting firm or reputable in-house corporate environment. Strong leadership, project management, and client management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex topics and develop pragmatic insights. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
