Commercial Contract Analyst

We are recruiting for a client that has a Contract Analyst opportunity in their growing department. It's an opportunity to learn and grow as the company continues to expand through international acquisitions. Responsibilities Responsible for day-to-day interface with external customers, vendors, and company management on contractual matters Collaborate effectively with other groups (sales and service team, technical team, project management office, account managers, accounting/finance) during all phases of the contract lifecycle Focus on handling commercial contracts and coordinating with procurement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business related field or law 1+ years of experience working with contract management and administration Excellent communication skills and leadership experience Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) LHH is highly regarded as an industry leader.
