Construction Litigation Attorney Full-time Regular Coral Gables, FL, US Siegfried Rivera has an immediate opening for an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ litigation experience. State and Federal trial experience is required. This is an exciting career opportunity to join a well-established firm. Responsibilities: Ability to review and analyze cases effectively Draft and edit pleadings Attend hearings, depositions, mediations and trials in state and federal court Manage cases and meet client expectations effectively Build trusting relationships with clients Meet annual billable hour requirements and record time efficiently Qualifications: JD from an accredited law school Admission to the FL State Bar 3-5 years of litigation experience Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of litigation cases from inception to trial Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills, have attention to detail and be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Be proactive and a self-starter Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be an excellent team player and personable Strong academic credentials Preferred Experience: Westlaw, LexisNexis, NetDocs, AIM, I-Conect, Florida Courts E-Filing Portal and PACER The firm offers a full benefits package and competitive salary.
