Principal Marketing Scientist

Overview Geico is seeking a data analyst with experience in advanced analytics and statistical modeling to develop solutions for marketing strategy and performance. Key Responsibilities Use R or Python to develop analytical solutions, visualizations, reports, and presentations. Execute SQL queries on enterprise data warehouses. Apply Marketing Science methods such as MMM, MTA, A/B Testing, Design of Experiments, Statistical Hypothesis Testing, Attribution, Response Modeling, Uplift Modeling, Audience List Creation. Provide systems training to team members as required. Communicate findings clearly to customers and stakeholders. Work under pressure and adapt quickly to new technologies. Qualifications BA/BS in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Quantitative Marketing, or related field. 7+ years of programming experience in R or Python for analytical solutions. 7+ years of SQL experience in enterprise database solutions. 4+ years of experience in Marketing Science related solutions. Preferred Experience Expertise in Attribution, Response Modeling, Uplift Modeling, and Audience List Creation and Deployment. Experience with Identity Resolution and Econometric Modeling. Salary Annual Salary $115,000.00 - $230,000.00 (range based on qualifications and market).
