Seeking experienced social workers to support students at both elementary and secondary levels for the upcoming school year in Rockford, MI. These contract positions focus on providing essential social services within school settings, addressing the diverse needs of students to promote their well-being and academic success.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Develop and implement individualized support plans
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and outside agencies to coordinate resources and interventions
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention to students as needed
