For more information, click here. \n \n Role reports to: SUPERVISOR II LAB QUALITY\n \n Location: North America, United States, Pennsylvania, Lititz\n \n Work Location: Fully Onsite\n \n What you will do \n \n \n The Quality Control Scientist I is an entry level analyst responsible for performing a variety of analytical testing (raw material, in-process, finished product, and stability) and non-testing activities with moderate supervision to support the analytical laboratory. This position is responsible but not limited to the following : capable of basic bench wet and physical chemistry testing, analytical assay testing through chromatography analysis (such as but not limited to UPLC, LC, GC, IC, and UV), peer review (review of standard and reagents), assisting in the upkeep and revisions of laboratory documents (test notes, SOPs, Work Instructions, and Job Aids), and additional tasks as needed. \n \n \n \n Key Responsibilities \n \n \n \n \n Follow all required procedures (SOP, Kenvue Test Methods, Product Specifications, Raw Material Specifications, Test Notes, and Pharmacopoeia Test Methods) \n \n \n \n \n \n Perform basic wet bench testing and physical testing \n \n \n \n \n \n Perform Chromatography Analyses \n \n \n \n \n \n Participate as needed with laboratory and non-conformance Investigations \n \n \n \n \n \n Peer Review of Standard and Reagents \n \n \n \n \n \n Capable of learning new testing techniques \n \n \n \n \n \n Able to troubleshoot instrument and testing issues. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Document upkeep support (updating as needed SOPs, Test Notes, Job Aids, and Work Instructions) \n \n \n \n \n \n Participate in the labs 5S program \n \n \n \n \n \n Proved assistance/lead non-testing projects that is designed to benefit the QC laboratory in process improvements and efficiency gains \n \n \n \n \n \n Good documentation skills – following GLP practices and laboratory procedures \n \n \n \n \n \n Remain compliant by completing on-time required trainings \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n What we are looking for \n \n \n \n Required Qualifications \n \n \n \n \n Science Related Bachelor's Degree \n \n \n \n \n \n A minimum of 0-3 years of analytical testing experience \n \n \n \n \n \n A minimum of 0-2 years of chromatography experience \n \n \n \n \n \n Knowledge of Microsoft computer applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) \n \n \n \n \n \n Capable of working in laboratory applications such as LIMS and Empower \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Desired Qualifications \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Knowledge of a LIMS application \n \n \n \n \n \n Knowledge of Empower \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Knowledge of SAP \n \n \n \n \n \n Knowledge of Problem-Solving Tools such as Fishbone and 5 whys \n \n Understand GMP and documentation principles \n \n Adapt quickly to changing priorities \n \n Collaborate effectively in a laboratory environment \n \n \n \n \n \n \n What’s in it for you \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: \n \n \n \n \n \n \n $61,880.00 - $87,360.00\n \n This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors. \n \n \n \n Competitive Benefit Package* \n \n Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More! \n \n Learning & Development Opportunities \n \n Kenvuer Impact Networks \n \n This list could vary based on location/region \n \n \n *Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
