The urology department features a robust support team including 2 physicians, two physician assistants, one nurse practitioner, and dedicated clinical and administrative staff to ensure excellent patient care and operational efficiency.

Opportunity:
Physician - Urology

Job Details:
Provide comprehensive urology coverage with call responsibilities
Handle 15-20 patient encounters per shift with approximately 15% inpatient and 85% outpatient volume
Round on approximately 2-4 inpatients during coverage
Adult urology services required with pediatric and neonate experience preferred
Perform ureteroscopy and TRUS biopsies (required skills)
Handle incontinence procedures as required
Advanced endoscopic techniques and laparoscopic surgeries preferred
Experience with robotic surgery including partial nephrectomies preferred
Perform various urological procedures including radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, and cystectomy preferred
Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy capabilities preferred
ESWL, penile prosthesis, and fertility work-up experience preferred
Must be board certified or board eligible
Pennsylvania medical license required (IMLC not accepted)
Preference given to current PA license holders
Credentialing timeframe approximately 14 days

Compensation:
