Eagle Transmission West Plano is looking for an Experienced Technician to join our skilled team in Plano, TX! Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair automatic and manual transmission systems
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and road tests
• Identify drivetrain, driveline, and related mechanical issues
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to service advisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Accurately document all repair orders and parts used

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an automotive or transmission technician
• Strong knowledge of automatic and manual transmission systems
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment
• ASE certification preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and a strong team player
