The role requires providing exemplary service and contributing to a positive dining experience for Club Members. Responsibilities Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with teammates. Greet members courteously and foster a welcoming environment. Use knowledge of modern food trends and beverage offerings to solicit orders and provide recommendations. Execute the Fine Dining Steps of Service and communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen. Deliver prepared food and beverages, ensuring quality and satisfaction. Present the check and handle all cashier duties to process payments. Keep guest tables clean and maintain a tidy, professional dining floor. Perform opening, closing, and side tasks efficiently and thoroughly. Adhere to all company safety and security policies, report incidents, and complete required safety training. Complete additional tasks as assigned to ensure a positive guest experience. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. State of Utah Food Handler’s Permit needed within two weeks of employment. Utah Department of Alcohol and Beverage Control (UDABC) alcohol server training card; must be at least 21 years old. Previous experience in a casual or fine dining restaurant preferred. Experience with POS software (Northstar) preferred. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail skills. Capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Working Knowledge Adopt Promontory policies and suggest improvements. Work independently with minimal supervision. Consistently display courtesy and helpfulness toward Members and colleagues. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Work various hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends. Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs routinely, up to 50lbs occasionally. Be willing to work in any F&B outlet on the property as needed. Benefits Wages start at $14.00 per hour plus tip share. Holiday pay, uniform and equipment allowance, employee meals, and golf on two award‑winning courses.
