Looking to make an immediate impact supporting students’ communication needs as an SLPA? This contract opportunity offers a rewarding experience serving one elementary campus, with responsibilities including evaluations, ARDs, and direct therapy. You'll collaborate with a dedicated speech-language team to help foster student success throughout the school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active SLPA license required.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of school-based evaluation, therapy planning, and documentation processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport with young students, staff, and families.
• Comfortable working onsite only throughout the assignment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services for an elementary caseload (approx. 60-80 students).
• Support the lead SLP in conducting assessments and evaluations as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings, contributing insight and progress updates for each student.
• Develop and implement therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Accurately maintain student records, therapy logs, and required documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students’ educational goals.
• Ensure compliance with district policies and state guidelines.
