Our client, a leading national electrical contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale mission critical and data center projects. Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, change orders, procurement, and contract administration.
• Manage project teams, field leadership, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Coordinate with engineering, estimating, safety, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive project financial performance while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule objectives.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and forecasts.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, client expectations, and all applicable safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center projects.
• Proven success managing projects valued at $25M+ in electrical scope.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

• Hyperscale data center experience with clients such as Google, Meta, AWS, Microsoft, or other major technology companies.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite. xhyhwjd
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
