We are looking for individuals to help keep up with demand, individuals that are highly motivated and ready to learn a new trade. Experience with power, circuit boards, plumbing, and any other hot tub related skills preferred.  RESPONSIBILITIESOperate a forkliftFollow written instructionsOperation of general hand toolsClean interior and exterior of spas and install aftermarket accessoriesAll spas must have the proper paperwork filled out to ensure qualityAssist sales team with pulling local spas to sellPull and load show spas and POS materialAssist service and delivery team when neededAssist Sales team when neededSpa repair both major and minorRework the spas, fix any problems such as changing out parts, motors, heaters, lights, etc. and fixing leaks. Making sure the repairs are held to the current standardsGeneral housekeepingData entryWork well with other team membersAll other duties assigned  REQUIREMENTSAbility to read, analyze, and interpret common customer informationAbility to read service manualsMust be able to effectively communicate information to management and customersMust be able to lift 50lbsAble to Push or pull 50-115lbs without complicationsPass a forklift operations program BONUS SKILLS WE PREFER· Experience in Pools and Spa repairs · Experience in Electrical · Mechanically inclined · Valid drivers with a clean driving record · Ability to work in hot temperatures  ADDITIONAL DETAILS ABOUT THIS ROLE Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am -5:00pm Travel: N/A Work Location: Bluffdale, UT Reporting: This position reports to Retail Service and Delivery Manager Benefits: Low deductibles, Low out-of-pocket premiums, effective after 30 days
