Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and impact of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and therapeutic interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are specifically designed to address each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences, incorporating a range of therapeutic modalities.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress and improve mental health outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Continuously monitor client progress, performing regular evaluations and updating treatment plans accordingly to ensure the highest level of care.

As an LMFT at Serenity Springs Wellness Center, you will primarily work with clients experiencing mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Qualifications\n
