Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their skincare needs and recommend suitable products. Demonstrate product usage and educate customers about the benefits of natural ingredients. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring product displays are visually appealing. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and tracking product availability. Participate in promotional events and community outreach to enhance brand visibility. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product trends. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers. Requirements Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential. Passion for natural skincare products and a desire to educate others. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in skincare or beauty is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
