Has and maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Strong written and oral communication skills Willingness to take after‑hours calls, work nights, weekends, pick up shifts, and flexibility in scheduling, due to patient care needs. Willing to cross‑train and support staffing needs across departments, including picking up shifts in acute care Physical Requirements and Conditions This position requires light to moderate work with 50 pounds maximum weight to lift and carry. Position requires reaching, bending, stooping, and handling objects with hands and/or fingers, talking and/or hearing, and seeing.
