Job Details:

• Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Clinic
• Location: New Brighton, MN
• Pay Rate: $24.50–$32.77 per hour, (Based on experience) + Benefits

-> Schedule

• Day shift
• 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• 40 hours guaranteed per week
• Monday–Friday scheduling; exact workdays to be confirmed
• No weekends
• No on-call requirements

Job Description

We are seeking qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join its St. Anthony clinic team. The LPN will support healthcare providers in delivering quality patient care, assisting with clinical operations, and ensuring an efficient patient experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous clinical experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with providers and other healthcare professionals.

-> Key Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures.
• Perform patient intake, rooming, and other clinical support duties.
• Administer medications, injections, and immunizations as directed and within the authorized scope of practice.
• Collect laboratory specimens and perform clinical tests as assigned.
• Monitor and communicate patient concerns to the healthcare team.
• Assist with prescription refills and patient-provider communication.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols.
• Support patient flow and coordinate with clinic staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable clinical standards.

-> Required Qualifications

• Active Minnesota LPN license at the time of submission.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting.
