Benefits Flexible Hours Rewards for Excellence (CAREGiver of the month, CAREGiver of the Year, Employee Referral Bonus) Paid Quarterly Communication Days Fringe Benefits based on eligibility 24/7 Support for all CAREGivers Paid Training Paid Holidays On Demand Pay with TapCheck Responsibilities CAREGivers provide quality care to seniors and the disabled by doing the following: Provide non-medical one-on-one care Administer personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence issues) Provide medication and appointment reminders Assist with walking and provide stabilization Provide companionship and conversation Perform light housekeeping (dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, laundry, etc) Preparation of meals and clean up meal related items (feeding, if necessary) Contribute to a positive living environment Help clients to have an independent and active life Run errands Maintain records of client progress and services performed Report changes in client's condition Skills and Requirements Must be 21 years of age Provide own transportation and possess a current driver’s license with proof of current auto insurance Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds Ability to treat and care for client and their property with dignity and respect Clean criminal history and drug screen Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries Individual and Family Services #J-18808-Ljbffr Home Instead
