Business AnalystWe are seeking a Business Analyst to improve business visibility, streamline reporting, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role will focus on centralizing business intelligence, supporting the Monthly Business Review (MBR) process, and automating recurring reporting and analytics.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesBusiness Intelligence Centralization: Consolidate data, metrics, and reporting across multiple sources into standardized dashboards and a centralized BI framework, establishing consistent KPI definitions and a reliable source of truth.Monthly Business Review: Own and continuously improve the MBR reporting process, including KPI tracking, trend and variance analysis, executive-ready insights, and coordination with business stakeholders.Reporting Automation: Identify manual and repetitive reporting processes and develop automated solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and timeliness.Analytics & Insights: Analyze business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.Data Quality & Governance: Partner with business and technical teams to improve data consistency, validate reporting outputs, and maintain standardized reporting definitions.Continuous Improvement: Develop scalable dashboards, self-service reporting, and analytical tools that reduce manual effort and enable teams to make faster, data-informed decisions.Qualifications5-8 years of relevant experienceAble to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program successOutstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, presentationsHigh ownership with a strong bias for actionExperience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS productsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex problems considering various technological and business factorsFlexibility to shift with business priorities, and unrivaled attention to detailSelf-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environmentDrive a culture of using data insights to help drive decision-makingHighly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quicklyDesired Profile Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with BI/reporting tools and data analysis, proficiency with Excel and SQL, and the ability to translate complex data into concise business insights for both operational and executive audiences.Disclaimer: Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.
