Heights Care & Rehab is looking for compassionate, dependable, and energetic Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our night shift team!

Earn $22–$27 per Hour

The Schedule: Because Your Time Matters

We’re moving to a consistent block schedule designed to provide more predictability, balance, and time for the things that matter outside of work.

? 12-Hour Shifts: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

? Sunday – Tuesday
? Thursday – Saturday

With our block schedule, you’ll enjoy a more consistent routine, fewer schedule changes, and more opportunities to plan your personal time while continuing to provide exceptional care to our residents.

What You'll Do

Provide exceptional care and assistance with activities of daily living

Help residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night

Assist with mobility, repositioning, transfers, toileting, and personal care

Answer call lights promptly and respond with compassion

Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to nursing staff

Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Work alongside an amazing team dedicated to providing outstanding care

What We're Looking For

Active Colorado CNA Certification

Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Team player who enjoys supporting others

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Previous skilled nursing experience is a plus—but not required
