Producer - Employee Benefits Location: New Braunfels, TX, 78130 We are seeking a Producer responsible for driving new business, building strong client relationships, and growing long-term revenue. This role is supported by an internal business development team and service staff, allowing you to focus on closing and advising. Responsibilities Generate new business and drive overall revenue growth Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, strategy, proposal, and close Lead consultative conversations around: Health plans Pharmacy (PBM) strategies Cost containment solutions Compliance and funding structures Partner with internal team members to develop and convert pipeline Build and maintain executive-level client relationships Drive client retention and identify opportunities for growth Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM Collaborate with account management on onboarding and renewals Qualifications 2–5+ years of B2B or employee benefits sales experience Life & Health insurance license (or ability to obtain) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and close business Comfortable working with mid-market companies and decision-makers Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Compensation & Support Performance-based compensation structure Additional earnings based on production performance Internal support including business development and service teams Access to tools and resources to build and manage pipeline Work Environment Fast-paced, performance-driven environment Team-oriented with strong internal collaboration Clear expectations and measurable goals Who This Role Is For Wants to build and grow a strong book of business Thrives in a competitive, results-driven environment Is motivated by performance-based income Enjoys solving complex problems for clients #J-18808-Ljbffr 19:21 Consultants Co.
