As a Registered Staff Nurse in the Labor & Delivery unit, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to patients across the life cycle. Your responsibilities will include executing the Standards of Nursing Practice, developing and revising care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for your patients.

In this role, you will:

• Provide holistic care to patients and families in the Labor & Delivery unit
• Execute nursing functions such as assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Develop and revise patient care plans and coordinate care among disciplines
• Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices
• Utilize your skills in postpartum and newborn care, fetal monitoring, and circulating for c-sections

Requirements:

• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Postpartum and Newborn Care Skills
• Fetal Monitoring Interpretation Experience
• Experience circulating for c-sections
• Experience with newborn, adolescent, and adult patients
• Epic Experience
• BLS (AHA or ARC) and NRP certifications
• AHWONN certification
• STABLE certification (highly preferred)
• Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification (highly preferred)
