Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role supports General Managers in achieving business goals through coaching, auditing, and strategic guidance. The Area Supervisor plays a key role in driving operational excellence, team development, and brand standards while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.What You’ll DoCoaching & DevelopmentLead by example in modeling accountability, professionalism, and brand valuesProvide hands-on coaching and leadership development to General Managers and department leadersInfluence and guide teams, building trust and alignment across locationsIdentify high-potential talent and support succession planning and internal promotionsOperations OversightMonitor and support performance metrics such as OSAT, OEPE, labor cost, food waste, etc.Respond to operational challenges with strategic decision-making and clear communicationVisit stores regularly to observe and audit people and processes, provide feedback and follow-up to check for improvementSafety & ComplianceConduct audits of food safety, inventory, scheduling, and customer service standardsEnsure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standardsCommunication & Issue ResolutionFacilitate regular GM meetings to ensure alignment of goals, communicate upcoming changes and gather feedback on opportunities for improvementCommunicate effectively with upper management and cascade to GM’sAssist GM’s in resolving conflict and operation issues promptly and professionallyReporting & AnalysisReview store specific KPI reports to spot trends and opportunities.
