Marketing Project Manager

What You'll Do As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind successful project execution by: Developing comprehensive project plans that define timelines, resources, deliverables, and key milestones. Leading seamless project intake, setup, and coordination using Adobe Workfront. Partnering with cross-functional teams including marketing strategists, creative leaders, designers, copywriters, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Facilitating project kickoffs, Agile ceremonies, status meetings, and stakeholder reviews to maintain alignment and momentum. Managing project schedules, priorities, and workflows while adapting plans to evolving business needs and project requirements. Tracking project progress and communicating updates, milestones, risks, and dependencies through a consistent project management methodology. Identifying potential risks, roadblocks, and resource constraints early, and implementing proactive mitigation strategies. Serving as a central communication hub between production teams, strategists, and business partners to ensure expectations are clear and objectives are met. Supporting project retrospectives and closeout activities to capture lessons learned and drive operational excellence. Championing a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, scalability, efficiency, and project outcomes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of project or program management experience. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-focused approach. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Hillsboro, OR. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $54.83 - $54.83/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
