Project Executive

Up to $250,000 base DOE + 10-15% bonus, company vehicle, and gas card A top ENR-ranked Commercial General Contractor is hiring a Project Executive to oversee healthcare and education projects across the Los Angeles market. This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded GC with a strong local presence, an established project pipeline, and the resources of a nationally recognized contractor. The role is best suited to someone with a strong General Contractor background who can oversee multiple projects, lead project teams, manage key client relationships, and help grow the company’s healthcare and education business. There is no travel or out-of-state work required. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build a book of business, develop long-term client relationships, and play a key role in growing the division. They are looking for someone with strong job tenure , proven leadership ability, healthcare and/or education construction experience, and a track record of delivering complex commercial projects with a General Contractor. Responsibilities include: Overseeing healthcare and education construction projects across Los Angeles Leading projects from preconstruction and buyout through construction, closeout, and final turnover Managing Project Managers, Superintendents, and supporting project teams Maintaining oversight of project budgets, schedules, contracts, risk, and profitability Working closely with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal leadership Providing strategic direction and resolving major project issues Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard Supporting preconstruction, estimating, procurement, and project planning Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Identifying new opportunities and building a long-term book of business Helping recruit, mentor, and develop project teams Playing a key role in the continued growth of the healthcare and education division What we’re looking for: Senior-level construction management experience with a Commercial General Contractor Strong healthcare and/or education construction experience Proven experience overseeing multiple projects and project teams Strong understanding of preconstruction, buyout, scheduling, cost control, contracts, and project deliveryAbility to manage executive-level relationships with owners, architects, and business partners Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project risk and profitability Experience developing client relationships and supporting business development Stable career history / good job tenure Strong leadership, communication, and organisation skills Knowledge of the Los Angeles construction market Someone who takes ownership and wants to help build and grow a division Up to $250,000 base salary depending on experience 10-15% annual bonus Company vehicle Gas card Long-term growth potential Opportunity to build a book of business and grow the division Why this opportunity: Top ENR-ranked Commercial General Contractor Strong healthcare and education project pipeline All work is based in the Los Angeles market No travel or out-of-state assignments Company vehicle and gas card provided Opportunity to build a book of business with the backing of an established GC Ability to help shape and grow the division Strong long-term earning and career-growth potential Best suited to someone looking for a senior leadership role with genuine influence #J-18808-Ljbffr Evermont Group
