Job Description:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg provides direct patient care in a medical-surgical unit, managing a range of patient conditions. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, performing assessments, and coordinating with healthcare teams. The RN ensures patients' comfort and recovery, educates patients and families, and documents care plans. Strong clinical skills, patient advocacy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.
