Senior Graphic Designer

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Senior Graphic Designer develops 2D visuals (3D ability preferred) that support trial strategies by clearly communicating complex concepts in a compelling, courtroom-ready format. This role plays a key part in the visual storytelling of litigation, helping legal teams educate and persuade juries, judges, and other stakeholders. JOB DUTIES
- Use invention, imagination, originality and graphics talent to create graphics for clients Collaborate with attorneys, trial consultants, and internal stakeholders to understand key case themes, strategies, and evidence.
- Conceptualize and design courtroom graphics, illustrations, timelines, and animations that convey technical, scientific, or legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Produce visuals using industry-standard design software.
- Design presentation materials that are clean, consistent, and aligned with case messaging.
- Modify and refine graphics in response to feedback, often under tight deadlines.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to less experienced designers as needed.
- Assist in the development of visual strategy and storytelling approaches for trial exhibits and demonstratives.
- Ensure final materials meet deadlines, presentation requirements, and technical specifications.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation of design versions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Deep understanding of design principles and visual storytelling for litigation support.
- Advanced proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using 3D modeling and animation software such as 3DS Max, Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, After Effects, or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Capable of receiving input from multiple stakeholders and adapting designs accordingly.
- Must maintain reliable and consistent attendance.
- Commitment to quality, accuracy, and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience producing complex litigation graphics and animations.
- Demonstrated ability to produce courtroom-ready visuals under pressure.
- A strong portfolio of relevant litigation or technical graphics work is required.
- Timely delivery of high-quality design assets that meet the needs of legal teams.
- Responsiveness to feedback and ability to iterate quickly and accurately.
- Contribution to the clarity and persuasiveness of visual exhibits at trial.
- Efficiency in project workflow and collaboration with legal teams.
- Consistent production output that aligns with team expectations and case timelines.
