Posted Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 4:00 AM Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Electrical Service Technician to join our growing MEP service team. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, a service mindset, and the ability to work independently in the field. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in commercial environments Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Install panels, circuits, lighting systems, and control wiring Test electrical systems and ensure compliance with codes and regulations Respond to service calls and emergency maintenance requests Maintain accurate service documentation and reports Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Qualifications 3+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to work independently in a field service environment Preferred: Experience in HVAC / MEP service environments Knowledge of NEC codes and safety standards Problem-solving and critical thinking Strong communication and customer service skills Time management and organization Ability to work under minimal supervision Mechanical/Electrical aptitude Field-based role supporting commercial and industrial facilities Travel within local service area (company vehicle may be provided) Exposure to indoor and outdoor work environments Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off (PTO) + holidays Company vehicle and tools (if applicable) #J-18808-Ljbffr
