Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of our Jersey City office, ensuring a seamless experience for every staff member and client.

Mentor and coach a dedicated team of agents, helping them refine their sales techniques and reach their professional goals.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our local footprint and reach new clients within the community.

Foster a collaborative environment where ideas are shared openly and collective success is the primary focus.

Manage agency performance metrics, analyzing data to identify new growth opportunities and process improvements.

Represent The Atlantic District at local business functions to build meaningful relationships with community partners.

Requirements

Active Property Casualty Insurance License in New Jersey.

Five or more years of experience managing insurance sales operations or high-performing teams.

In-depth knowledge of PC insurance products and underwriting guidelines.

Advanced proficiency in agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong track record of mentoring staff and meeting revenue growth targets.

Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal networking abilities.

Knowledge of New Jersey local insurance market trends.
