divh2Senior Auditor/h2pAs a Senior Auditor, you will lead and support integrated risk-based internal audits across financial, compliance, operational, and information systems areas. Youll train, assist and mentor staff auditors, review their work, and ensure quality throughout planning, execution, and closing phases. Your responsibilities include conducting system walkthroughs, testing internal controls, performing substantive and analytical reviews, and documenting findings in automated workpapers. You will analyze root causes of issues, develop practical recommendations for corrective action, and communicate results to stakeholders. Additional duties include interviewing management, performing data analytics on subsidiary financial and operational data, assisting external auditors, and handling special projects while maintaining confidentiality./ppAssist in all phases of planning, performing and closing integrated risk-based internal audits, inclusive of financial, compliance, operational and information systems (IS) areas./ppSupervise staff auditors on audits and special projects./ppPerform a detailed peer review of all work completed by staff auditors on audits and special projects./ppConduct system walkthroughs and compliance tests, evaluate adequacy of internal controls, perform detailed substantive testing and analytical reviews./ppDocument tests and findings in our automated audit workpaper package./ppAnalyze the root cause of audit issues, develop practical recommendations, and appropriately document and communicate to stakeholders./ppConduct interviews of all levels of management./ppPerform data analytics (Arbutus) on subsidiary financial and operational data./ppProvide direct assistance to the external auditors./ppPerform special projects, as assigned./ppUnderstand and exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality./ppBachelors Degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Business./ppMinimum four years of progressive auditing and/or accounting/ppExperience leading an audit process/ppExperience training, assisting, and mentoring lower-level audit staff./ppWillingness to travel up to 30% of the time domestically and internationally./ppCertified Public Accountant (CPA); Certified Internal Auditor (CIA); or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification or active pursuit of certification(s)./ppExperience in public accounting assurance or advisory practice; Big 4 or reputable regional firm highly valued./ppExperience in a publicly traded company./ppExperience in a manufacturing environment./ppPractical experience with ERP systems - Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly valued./ppProficient in Microsoft Office suite./ppExcellent written and verbal communication skills./ppMotivated to work independently and complete responsibilities with little supervision yet work well and promote a team-oriented culture./ppIS auditing / compliance / corporate governance / SOX experience./ppStrong organizational abilities, attention to detail, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills./ppKnowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, the IPPF, COSOs Internal Control Integrated Framework./ppMulti-lingual skills (Spanish or Portuguese)/ppData analytics experience using Arbutus, ACL or similar products./ppWe offer a wide range of market-competitive total rewards that include 401(k) match, pension, merit increases, paid holidays, medical, dental, life, vision, short and long-term disability benefits, and tuition assistance to name a few./ppFounded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
