Radiology - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Radiology experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• BSN completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Qualivis Program - VCU Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - VCU Health.

Additional Details:

VCU has a natural nail policy.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Progressive care background preferred.

Required Credentials: MRI Full Stop training is required.

Special Requests: No time off requests during the first week of the contract.

Unit Details: Focused on MRI and CT for outpatients. Starts IVs for MRI and CT and performs POCT testing. Responsible for checking patients’ medications, vital signs, lab results, and history to ensure it is safe to proceed with the planned study. Responsible for responding to IV infiltration, contrast reaction, patient fall, or patient safety event. Focused on patient and team member safety going into the MRI magnet.

14 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
