What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group counseling services
- Collaborate with community partners to connect clients with resources
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
- Participate in supervision, trainings, and team meetings
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid, TANF, and insurance requirements

What You Bring
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Florida-licensed, license-eligible, or certified in mental health/addictions
- Ability to pass Level II Background, MVR, and Drug-Free Workplace screenings

Preferred:
- Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment settings
