Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Histotechnologist for a Direct Hire  position at a  premier biotech company in Union City, CA. Salary:   
$70-100k

Schedule:  
Monday-Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process biological tissue samples for microscopic examination.
• Embed, section, and stain tissues using various histological techniques.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure quality control in specimen preparation.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure accurate and timely results.
• Assist with other assigned duties as needed.

 

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's in Biology or related field
• HT or HTL Certification  preferred 
• 1+ years of experience with histology
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with microtomes
• Basic experience with histological techniques (FFPE and/or frozen tissue sectioning)
