Role: Patient Registration and Communication Coordinator Responsibilities Greet patients and families with professionalism and compassion to create a positive first impression. Register patients for emergency services, collecting all required personal, insurance, and medical information. Verify patient identification and insurance details, updating records as necessary. Collect patient co-pays or deductibles and inform patients of financial obligations. Maintain communication with key personnel during emergency situations and alert the facility when emergency plans are activated. Qualifications & Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
