Purpose: The Product Specialist will work as part of a team for the Product Development and Global Sourcing Department. Product Specialist is responsible for assisting Agri-Fab in achieving profitable and sustainable growth by executing the direction of new and existing product line development based on PAC group direction. Supports development and provides detailed analysis of the market and customer & consumer feedback to PAC team as directed. Essential Functions: Required but not limited to: Product Management/ECR/OEM Leads a cross-functional team to successfully launch new products on time and within budget.
