Trial Paralegal As a Trial Paralegal, you’ll partner closely with Trial Counsel to support complex litigation matters, coordinate trial preparation, and help ensure cases are organized, efficient, and trial‑ready. What You’ll Do Provide litigation and trial support throughout all phases of the litigation lifecycle Coordinate trial preparation, including management of pleadings, discovery, deposition materials, and evidence Prepare subpoenas, trial exhibits, witness files, trial binders, and electronic trial notebooks Coordinate trial logistics, witness scheduling, and courtroom presentation support Maintain organized and accurate case files to ensure accessibility and compliance Assist Trial Counsel during trial proceedings with exhibit management and courtroom support What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and litigation support experience 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience supporting civil litigation Experience supporting insurance defense or first‑party property insurance litigation strongly preferred Demonstrated experience supporting trial preparation and courtroom proceedings Knowledge of civil litigation procedures, trial preparation practices, and Florida court rules Strong organizational, communication, and document management skills Desire to live Slide’s Core Values Benefits Slide offers a comprehensive and affordable benefits package covering health, dental, vision, and a lifestyle spending account that can be used to support health and well‑being in a way that suits each employee. #J-18808-Ljbffr Slide Insurance
