Compensation:

• Base salary + commission + bonus opportunities

What Youll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales opportunities, including warm leads and referrals
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
• Quote, bind, and issue policies while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Manage follow-ups and pipeline activity using CRM tools
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities

What Were Looking For:

• Active Property & Casualty license required
• Previous insurance sales experience with a proven track record
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Organized, self-disciplined, and results-driven
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, quoting platforms, and virtual communication tools
