We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic leadership team. As the Assistant General Manager 2, you will work closely with the General Manager and AGM1 to oversee all hotel operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. If youu2019re a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys mentoring a talented team, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: + Operational Leadership: Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, including guest services, housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, and maintenance. + Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that the highest standards of guest satisfaction are consistently met by handling guest concerns and ensuring the hotel maintains a welcoming atmosphere. + Team Management: Supervise and motivate staff, providing coaching and support. Foster a positive team culture and maintain employee engagement. + Financial Oversight: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Help manage operating costs and maximize revenue through effective hotel management practices. + Staff Development: Hire, train, and evaluate hotel employees. Qualifications: u00b7 2-3 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in an Assistant General Manager or similar role. u00b7 Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance. u00b7 Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. u00b7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with guests and colleagues. u00b7 Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. u00b7 Proficiency in hotel management software, i.e. Opera and Microsoft Office Suite. u00b7 Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. u00b7 Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. u00b7 Previous experience in sales and marketing within the hotel industry. u00b7 Experience in managing budgets and financial reports.
