Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full Time

Location: Battle Creek, MI

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Battle Creek, MI. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide skilled OT services based on patient needs and goals
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve function, mobility, and independence
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, physicians, and other members of the care team
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as appropriate

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Michigan OT license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Previous rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience is a plus
