School-Based Social Worker - Apple Valley, California

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Social Work with a current LCSW license.
• School Social Worker experience preferred, particularly in K-12 public school settings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, and resource coordination.
• Understanding of state and federal regulations relevant to school-based social work.
• Preference given to candidates who already hold appropriate school-based credentials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral well-being through direct counseling and intervention.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to assess student needs and develop appropriate service plans.
