Job Details Job Location: Maple Grove, MN 55311 Position Type: Part Time Education Level: Not Specified Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.50 Hourly Job Shift: Evenings General Overview This position is accountable for dishwashing and cleaning in the banquet and/or restaurant kitchens. Key Areas of Responsibility Dishwashing Ensure all dishes are clean and sanitary Store all items in their assigned storage place Change dishwater every 2 hours and record along with water temperature on the Temperature Log Sheet. Conduct all activities carefully, so as to avoid breakage and damage Garbage & Recycling Take out garbage & recycling cans when full or requested Wash cans as needed Breakdown cardboard boxes Keep outside dumpster area neat and clean (free of debris, lids closed, etc.) Cleaning Keeping dish area clean and sanitary Complete Daily Cleaning List Clean floors as needed or requested Kitchen Organization Maintain consistent organization of all cooking and serving kitchenware Glassware: follow the color coded glass rack organization at all times China: store all China in its appropriate storage place Pot & Pans: keep these shelves organized, with all like items together Silverware: keep sorted by type after washing Opening & Closing Follow Dishwasher Opening/Closing Procedures Qualifications Previous experience not required Must be a self- starter and work effectively as part of a team, helping others if needed Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask Adaptable, dependable and detail oriented Available for evening and weekend shifts Must display positive attitude in managing interactions with others inside and outside the company Working Conditions The physical working conditions of this position include an environment where standing, lifting, reaching, bending, and walking for extended periods of time is typical.
