Holloway Insurance Agency is one of the top-producing insurance agencies in the Birmingham area, and we are hiring a driven Sales Producer to help us grow. This is a hunter’s seat. You will prospect, quote, and close new business, and you will be paid for every win.

If you love the close and you want a long runway instead of a revolving door, read on. 

What you will do:
-Generate new business through outbound outreach, referrals, and your own pipeline 
-Quote and close auto, home, and life policies Build and own your book of business
- Hit monthly production targets and earn uncapped commission on top of your base

- Paid training and full licensing support so you start earning fast 

Schedule and culture:
We run a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday, with paid time off. The pace is high and the standards are real. Top performers here work hard and protect their time, and everyone who produces gets Fridays off. 

Who we are looking for: 

-Hunters who are energized by closing, not drained by it
- Ready and willing to get P&C and Life and Health licensed (we support you all the way) 
-A stable work history. We invest in people who commit and stick around 
-Coachable and entrepreneur minded 
-Prior sales experience is a strong plus, but if you have the drive, we will teach you the rest 
-Able to work in-office at one of our two Birmingham locations

This is a long-term seat for the right person. Top performers grow into senior producer roles, and the most driven can earn a path toward running their own agency within 3 to 5 years. We want people who plan to be here for years, not months.
