Job Overview

As a member of my food truck crew, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and delicious food to our customers. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck, including cooking equipment and serving areas.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations as needed.
• Ensure all food items are stored properly and adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing orders and payments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or grocery store setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
• Ability to operate a cash register and POS system effectively.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
