• Experience in general building maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic building systems.
• Ability to identify and diagnose maintenance issues, including water leaks and equipment malfunctions.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders, access rooftops, and perform physically demanding tasks.
