The Cleaning Squad is seeking an experienced Janitorial Supervisor to join our team and oversee cleaning operations and cleaning staff members. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 4+ years of experience leading one or more Professional Cleaners to facilitate clean-up at commercial and residential properties, or construction sites. The candidate is ready to step into a leadership position overseeing field operations, safety, compliance, and quality control.

Key responsibilities include supervising and performing clean-up (rough, final, and touch-up phases), overseeing field crews on commercial and residential job sites, leading and mentoring Lead Cleaners, and Professional Cleaners, coordinating project scheduling and labor deployment, training and mentoring crew members on jobsite procedures and safety, conducting quality control inspections prior to job completion, ensuring proper use of commercial equipment (HEPA vacuums, floor machines, extractors, pressure washers), enforcing OSHA safety standards and proper chemical handling, maintaining documentation for compliance and internal tracking, and collaborating with leadership on estimating and scope development.

Qualifications include minimum 4 years' experience in clean-up within the past 10 years, experience supervising crews on active jobsites, a strong understanding of jobsite safety protocols, reliable transportation and a valid CA driver's license, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred qualifications include experience working with general contractors, availability between 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday, and bilingual (English/Spanish).

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. We are a veteran owned residential and commercial cleaning company. We provide general maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleanup, move in/out cleaning, Airbnb housekeeping, and event cleaning services.
