Product Manager

Support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Lendistry’s business lending platform. Manage specific products within the business lending platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine business requirements. Manage sprint planning activities and update Jira boards. Contribute to user and partner-facing features that enhance transparency and usability. Assist in vendor and partner integration projects, including testing support. Support user acceptance and quality assurance testing of new product features. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred. 3–5 years of experience in technology, product management, business analysis, or related roles. 2+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, project management, or equivalent roles. Experience in financial services, lending technology, or credit operations preferred. Familiarity with API integrations, vendor platforms, and product testing methodologies. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other product management and collaboration tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to translate business requirements into clear product specifications. Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to product improvements. Comfortable supporting Agile ceremonies and sprint planning activities. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, compliance, and borrower experience. Passion for innovation in fintech and supporting small business lending solutions.
