What you will do: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract qualified candidates. Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Matching candidates to open positions based on client requirements. Develop long‑term relationships with clients as their account manager. Meet or exceed placement, fill rate, and time‑to‑fill goals. Assist with payroll and reports.
