We are deeply committed to providing the highest quality of clinical care along with an excellent patient care experience.We are looking for RNs who exhibit Banner Health's core values of putting our patients first with the aim of making healthcare easier so that life can be better!As a RN on our General PCU 3W/3B, you will work on our combined unit including both a 12-bed complex care private room unit as well as our 29-bed semi-private room unit utilizing your knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to assess data, plan and provide high quality, safe and efficient care for our patients. This unit participates in our Progress In Place initiative, meaning the patients cared for on our units have a variety of medical conditions, and we serve both Medical Surgical and Progressive Care acuity patients.We are filling both a Full Time, Night Shift and Full Time, Day shift position, working 3 / 12-hour shifts per week from 7 – 7:30. You will have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage and also enjoy an additional flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential when applicable.Your pay and benefits are important components of your journey at Banner Health.
