Data Entry Specialist

A-V Services Inc., a leading AV company with multiple fortune 100 contracts within the financial, pharmaceutical and computing industry, seeks a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist . We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to support day-to-day data entry, data maintenance, and administrative coordination. This role requires strong accuracy, comfort working with spreadsheets and trackers, and the ability to communicate clearly via email and Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate has working knowledge of Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook . Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in Smartshee t and other internal trackers Create and maintain spreadsheets in Microsoft Exce l (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, formatting) Perform routine data quality checks to identify missing, inconsistent, or duplicate entries Organize and manage email communications and follow-ups using Microsoft Outloo k Track tasks, deadlines, and status updates; escal... Generate basic reports/exports from Smartsheet and Excel for stakeholders Maintain confidentiality and handle data in accordance with company procedures . Required Qualifications Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role Working knowledge o f Smartshe et (updating sheets, using forms, filtering, reports/views is a plus Proficiency i n Microsoft Exc el (data entry, formatting, basic formulas, sort/filter) Proficiency i n Microsoft Outlo ok (email etiquette, calendar invites, organizing folders Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Strong written communication skill Preferred Qualifications Experience maintaining dashboards, trackers, or operational logs in Smartsheet.
