Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Allegiance Behavioral Health LLC, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via virtual platforms, ensuring access to care for clients in various locations.

  • Performing comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • \n
  • Utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or narrative therapy, to support clients in reaching their goals.
  • \n
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to deliver holistic care and comprehensive treatment solutions.

  • Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele consisting of individuals, couples, and families dealing with various life challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. By providing culturally competent care, you will help clients develop coping strategies, improve communication skills, and build healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field from an accredited program.

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, with a focus on marriage and family therapy.

  • Strong diagnostic assessment skills and ability to formulate effective treatment plans based on client needs.
